Our lifting team is passionate about weight training. They undergo advanced training to work with lifters to help address movement patterns, analyze lifts, and assist and modify training programs to fit your individual needs. In addition, many of our clinicians are board certified orthopedic clinical specialists. We don’t just hand you a packet of exercises and expect you to fix yourself. Instead, we provide a hands-on approach, perform a thorough analysis of your lifts, develop mobility programs, and accessory strengthening to help you reach your goals in the gym. Lifting Performance
Our lifting performance programs are designed to keep you lifting and maximize performance. Our therapists are specially trained to help the experienced lifter reach PR’s. Using video analysis of your mechanics, our therapist will work to correct or improve your form in real time. You will leave with custom mobility drills and accessory training to help maximize your performance.
