Elbow injuries can be caused by acute trauma, a chronic conditions or an overuse syndrome.

There are multiple different ways to treat elbow pain. Your Physical Therapist will determine the best approach to help you after learning about your unique injury history and perform an examination. Your therapist will work with you to develop individualized goals for physical therapy and determine a custom treatment to plan to return you to your optimal potential.
Some of the equipment and tools we offer when determining the best rehabilitation program for you include:
- Soft tissue mobilization (similar to deep tissue massage) improves ankle mobility that is restricted by muscles and fascia
- Dry Needling
- Joint mobilizations to help reduce joint stiffness and improve your ability your elbow and forearm
- ML830 Laser
- Stretching and strengthening exercises to help restore movement you have lost during your injury.
A referral to physical therapy is not usually necessary. If you are unsure if you need a referral, just call and arrange a time to meet with a physical therapist. We will take care of any paperwork that is needed to satisfy your insurance company’s requirements.
