Olivia Holmes, DPT, earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa, graduating in 2025. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Health Science at the University of Iowa in 2022 and was a collegiate student-athlete, playing softball at Illinois Valley Community College earlier in her academic career. Olivia joined the ActivePT team in 2026 and is passionate about delivering individualized, patient-centered care.
Olivia has a special clinical interest in treating headaches, temporomandibular disorders (TMD), neck pain, and back pain. Having personally experienced migraines since early childhood, she brings both empathy and insight to her care for patients dealing with headaches and migraines. Olivia believes that a hands-on approach to assessment, paired with individualized treatment plans, allows for a deeper understanding of each patient’s condition and leads to more effective outcomes.
Outside of the clinic, Olivia lives in Rochester and enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, golfing, and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes.
