Physical Therapist Assistant

Megan Tobin, PTA, earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from North Iowa Area Community College in 2026. While completing her studies, Megan was a member of the NIACC volleyball team, where she developed a deep appreciation for movement and the dedication required for sports performance. She joined the ActivePT team in 2026.

Megan has a strong clinical interest in serving patients with neck, back, hip, and knee pain. She is particularly passionate about sports-related injuries and rehabilitation after surgery. Megan believes in a patient-centered approach, allowing the individual to guide their treatment based on their specific needs and goals. She utilizes a hands-on approach combined with tailored exercises to ensure her patients can return to the activities they love with improved mobility and less pain.

Outside of the clinic, Megan lives in Rochester with two of her older sisters. She enjoys staying active outdoors, spending quality time with her family, and exploring new recipes in the kitchen through cooking and baking.
