Joel Ingram, PT, DPT, CMT, ATC, graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Iowa in Iowa City in 2017. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Northern Iowa in 2015. Joel also received a Certification in Manual Therapy from St. Ambrose University. He joined the ActivePT team in 2024.
Joel is passionate about empowering his patients to achieve their life goals. He uses his expertise in movement, exercise, research, and education to ensure his patients regain their desired abilities. Joel approaches his patients with empathy and focuses on caring for the whole person, not just a diagnosis. He enjoys helping patients of all ages all types of orthopedic injuries, including athletes, as a certified athletic trainer.
Joel lives in Rochester and enjoys spending time with family and friends, fishing, outdoor activities, attending sporting events (Go Hawks), and traveling.
