Ian Bramstedt, DPT, graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences in Rochester, Minnesota in 2022. He completed his undergraduate education with a degree in Biology at the University of St. Thomas in 2018. While in college, he was a member of the varsity Track and Field and Cross Country teams. Ian joined the ActivePT team in 2022.
Ian enjoys treating low back pain, neck pain, headaches, TMD, and lifting-related injuries. He enjoys helping those suffering from lifting and running-related injuries get back to their ideal level of performance. Ian values communication with his patients to ensure their goals and needs are being met. He uses hands-on therapy techniques with progressive loading strategies to help his patients achieve their goals. He strives to give each patient personalized treatment they will only be able to get while in the clinic.
Ian lives in Rochester, Minnesota. He enjoys trout fishing, snowboarding, and single-track mountain biking.
