Heather Hulinsky

DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Heather Hulinsky, DPT, earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from St. Catherine University in St. Paul in 2026. She previously completed her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences at St. Cloud State University in 2023. During her time at St. Cloud State, she served as President of the Running Club, establishing a strong foundation for supporting others in health and movement. Heather joined the ActivePT team in 2026.

Heather brings this active background directly into her work in physical therapy and sports rehab. She has a special clinical interest in treating lower extremity injuries and supporting individuals who want to maintain a dynamic lifestyle. Whether a patient is navigating a knee, ankle, or hip issue, she translates her knowledge into practical benefits—supporting them so they can return to the activities they enjoy most with less pain and improved mobility.

Heather works closely with each individual to truly understand their unique story and personal goals. She provides highly personalized care rooted in the latest clinical research, ensuring her patients receive comprehensive guidance rather than just a generic packet of exercises. Driven by a growth mindset, she actively pursues continuing education to deliver the highest standard of care.

Originally from Otsego, Minnesota, Heather now lives in Rochester. Outside of the clinic, she stays active in the great outdoors, enjoying mountain biking, running, hiking, and snowmobiling.
