Connor graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Concordia University – St. Paul in 2019. He studied biology as an undergraduate at the University of Northwestern – St. Paul in 2015. During his college career, Connor played baseball at the University of Northwestern. He joined the ActivePT team in 2024.
Connor completed a Fellowship in Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy (OMPT) through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy (AAMT) in 2026. He enjoys assistant teaching continuing education courses in spinal manipulation and dry needling through AAMT.
Connor has a passion for helping patients with neck pain, headaches, low back pain, and care after concussions. He believes that no two patients are alike. Each patient has their own unique story that requires a tailored approach to care. Connor regularly uses spinal manipulation, dry needling, soft tissue mobilization and exercise to help his patients return to doing what they love. Connor is committed to serving as a mentor to students and newer clinicians to see them grow both personally and professionally.
Connor lives in Pine Island with his wife, daughter, and three cats. He enjoys reading books about leadership, personal growth, finances, working on cars and machinery, and discussing all things farming. During the summer months, he enjoys fishing and working on landscape projects around the house.
