Job Description
ActivePT is seeking our next team member – full time Patient Services Coordinator. This team member is the face of ActivePT. This person should have a joyful spirit and heart for others. They work with our administrative team to welcome patients, assist with scheduling in person and over the phone, coordinate and verify insurance, coordinate therapist schedules, and go above and beyond to provide the ideal patient experience.
If you are a compassionate, highly organized person who can handle a busy work environment that requires attention to detail, this position may be right for you.
Requirements: one team member 40 hours per week (or 2 team members 20 hours per week), closing shifts at least two nights per week until 7:00pm, high school diploma or equivalent. Computer skills: adept or can quickly learn google docs, drive, sheets, new software systems, transfer computer files, print and save to pdf, and manage two computer monitors. Pay is based on qualifications and experience, however, no experience is necessary. Training will be provided to the ideal team member.
