Siennah Stamness, DPT, graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Des Moines University in West Des Moines, Iowa in 2024. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance and Psychology at Dordt University in 2021. During her college career, Siennah played basketball at Dordt University. She joined the ActivePT team in 2024.
Siennah is passionate about helping her patients recover from various injuries, including shoulder, hip, knee, back, and neck pain, as well as rehabilitating after surgery. She enjoys assisting them in reaching their goals and enhancing their quality of life. She combines a hands-on approach with exercise to best address her patient’s specific injury or pain. She believes in listening to and collaborating with each patient to ensure a personalized plan while addressing the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of each injury. She loves to focus on helping her patients accomplish their goals and return to their favorite activities.
Siennah lives in Rochester and enjoys working out, playing a variety of sports, enjoying time at the lake, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family.
